Volker Krohn

DIRECTOR

Volker Krohn, Masters in Existential and Experiencial Psychotherapy (MIECAT)

Volker Krohn has been the director of the Hoffman Centre Australia since 1992. He was personally trained by Robert Hoffman in the late 1980s and is a Supervising Teacher of the Process.

His professional background is in family therapy and Self-psychology, Creative Arts Therapy as well as in organisational development.

Volker's commitment to the Process's vision, to enable people to be at peace with themselves and with others, has inspired thousands of participants in Australia and worldwide. 

 
Maria Pellegrinelli

Mari Pellegrinelli
B.A. Soc. Sc., Dip. Somatic Psychotherapy (ACCSP)

Mari worked at the Hoffman Centre in Melbourne from 1998 to 2009 as the Process Registrar.  Mari now acts as a consultant and enrollment counsellor for the Hoffman Centre.  After completing her Degree in Sociology, she completed a Diploma in Somatic Psychotherapy, and she sees clients in her own private practice. As a counsellor/psychotherapist Mari supports people to deeply transform and enhance their lives. Previous to her position at the Hoffman Centre Mari worked as a Crisis Counsellor and Trainer, for several years. Mari also facilitates Hoffman Introductory events in Melbourne, and she conducts the Quadrinity in Action (QIA) program for Melbourne Graduates.

 Mari's incredible commitment and enthusiasm for seeing people transform through the work of the Process has enabled people who enquire about the Process to feel safe, understood and inspired.

 
Catherine Carter

Catherine Carter - Enquiries co-ordinator and Enrolment Counsellor
Dip. Transpersonal Counselling, ACA, FAA Cert

Catherine has been working at the Hoffman Centre since 2000 as the Process
Enquiries co-ordinator and Enrolment Counsellor. She has qualifications in
Transpersonal Counselling, Humanistic Astrology and Mythology and body
centred therapies. She is also the director of Personal Harmony - seeing
clients in her private practice for over 18 years as a psychotherapist,
incorporating both somatic and more traditional counselling techniques.
Catherine also gives lectures on Counselling Techniques at the Phoenix
Institute and facilitates numerous workshops and lectures for women and
couples on sensuality and feminine energy work.

Catherine's passion and dedication to her profession and her belief and
commitment to the Process helps create the running of a warm, friendly and
inclusive atmosphere.

 
Mark Green

Mark Green – Administrator and Logistics Coordinator
A/Dip Soc. Sc, Dip HRM. JP

Mark joined the Hoffman team in 2005. He lives in the Byron Bay Hinterland in the NSW Far North Coast and is the Hoffman Centre Administrator and Logistics Coordinator. He has an extensive career background in the legal arena, and is the immediate former Director of the Federation of Australian Astrologers National Board of Examiners. He also has significant experience and training in the area of Adult Education. Mark was attracted to work with the Hoffman Centre after having completed the Process in 2002 where he found that the Process facilitated his ability to transform his life and follow his passion of being of Service to humanity and supporting others to transform their own lives.

Dev Lengjel has been the chef for the Process for the last 8 years. Being a past Graduate himself he brings an element of intuition to his cooking that seems to be right on target with what's happening during the process. He is committed to the work of the process as a tool to create change within one’s own life and thus create the butterfly effect.

Dev is also a conceptual artist and works as a curator for sculpture shows in New South Wales and Queensland.  He holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Museum Studies and Cultural Heratige, and is the curator for 'Swell' Sculpture Show, Gold Coast.
