What is the Quadrinity Process?

Purpose
The Hoffman Quadrinity Process is a seven and a half day retreat that empowers you to resolve previously immovable blocks to healthy relationships, self-knowledge, emotional freedom, and radiant spirituality. It is based on the principle that persistent negative behaviors, moods, and attitudes experienced in adulthood have their roots in the experiences and conditioning of childhood which we call the Negative Love Syndrome. Until this conditioning is understood and resolved, it continues to undermine our adult lives.

The Hoffman Quadrinity Process is Adapted from the original designed to heal and transform these negative, self-defeating patterns and bring about a powerful realignment and integration of four fundamental dimensions of our being — intellect, emotions, body, and spirit. Taken together, we call this the Quadrinity.

Benefits of Personal Growth, Development and Inner Peace

Since 1967, more than 50,000 people worldwide have used the Hoffman Quadrinity Process to achieve personal strength and inner peace. The benefits they have reported fall into three broad categories:

  • Emotional healing and freedom — Freedom from life-long negative moods, feelings, and behavioral patterns; freedom to be more free, open, loving, joyful, centered, creative, and spontaneous;
  • Compassion — the capacity to be present and loving in the face of suffering, such that healing is induced for self and others.
  • Spiritual Awakening — the ability to consistently connect with one's inner wisdom and loving spiritual aspect, knowing from within that one is on a path of healing and contribution.

Positive and Lasting Changes in Personal Growth and Development

When people come to the Hoffman Quadrinity Process with a strong commitment to make positive and lasting changes in their lives, they accelerate their personal growth and development.

Over the past 35 years, this work, based on the insight of Bob Hoffman, has been developed and refined in collaboration with leading professionals from several disciplines including psychotherapy and mental health, spirituality and the human potential movement. Scientific study supports the benefits offered to the public by the Hoffman Quadrinity Process. These expert opinions are well informed and, we believe, worth sharing with you.

A Safe Environment

The Process provides a safe and supportive environment in which you can first confront and experience your childhood pain, resentment and anger, and then progress to fuller understanding, compassion and forgiveness. The Hoffman Quadrinity Process uses a unique combination of proven techniques, including guided visualization, journaling and cathartic work. During the intensive eight-day residential course, you are led through a carefully structured sequence of powerful experiences that enable you to discover, isolate, and resolve negative conditioning and recover your natural self-confidence and self-esteem.

Faculty

Certified Teachers present the Hoffman Quadrinity Process. While conducted in a group, it is essentially an individual, inner journey that is accelerated and supported by the group energy. Teachers instruct, provide close individual guidance, and ensure that students learn the Process techniques so they can continue to use and develop them after the week is over. There is one certified Teacher for every six to eight students.

Locations

The Hoffman Quadrinity Process is taught at three locations in Australia: in Melbourne, Victoria, and Byron Bay as well as the Blue Mountains in New South Wales.
